Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern use of the Mfleet dashcam hardware, companion app, and fleet dashboard (together, the "Service"), provided by Mfleet ("we"). By installing the hardware or using the app or dashboard, a Customer agrees to these terms.
1. The service
Mfleet is a dashcam and fleet-management system. Recording, driving-state detection, and object detection are performed on-device where possible so the Service remains functional without an internet connection; cloud sync, live streaming, and the fleet dashboard require connectivity.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The fleet dashboard is intended for fleet owners, managers, and personnel they authorize. You're responsible for the accuracy of vehicle and driver records entered into the system, and for keeping account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to violate any applicable law, including local rules on vehicle recording and driver consent.
- Don't attempt to disable, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the dashcam firmware or app in a way that defeats recording integrity (e.g., during an active safety investigation).
- Don't use footage or data obtained through the Service to harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil any individual.
4. Driver notice
As the vehicle operator, you are responsible for notifying drivers that the vehicle records video, location, and driving-behavior data, consistent with applicable local law.
5. Hardware and warranty
Dashcam hardware is warrantied against manufacturing defects for the period stated at purchase. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or installation outside Mfleet's guidance is not covered.
6. Availability
Core recording and on-device detection are designed to work without a network connection. Cloud-dependent features (sync, live view, remote alerts) depend on the vehicle's connectivity and are provided on a best-effort basis.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service assists with fleet visibility and evidence capture; it does not replace safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, or applicable regulatory compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mfleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on footage, telemetry, or alerts that were delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active Customers before taking effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
